| CoreMap Medical | Create Fedora Silent Install | Created Fedora 34 Silent USB installation originally for a dark site (without any internet access). Hired back to redo the project with Fedora 42. |
| VP Media Solutions | Linux Application Latency Issue | Investigated client latency, gathered log data and provided recommendation for next steps from vendor. |
| OddLogic (UK) | Multiple disks offline in legacy storage array. Active Directory and FTP issues | Brought System online and corrected disk status. ReJoined system to Active Directory and verified FTP services are available. |
